RETURNS & EXHANGES
If you've changed your mind please email us at info@boydsofbedford.com quoting the order number, within 28 days of receiving your purchase to start the returns process.
During the Christmas period our return period is extended. Items purchased on or after November 1st can be returned up until January 14th for an exchange or gift card.
You will be responsible for paying the returns postage costs and are liable for the goods if they are lost or damaged on route to us, so please package the goods well, and take appropriate insurance to cover your items - we suggest at least 'signed for' services.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The removal of stickers or other such free items will be charged against the customers refund if entire order is returned.
Please return with a note of your name and order number so our team can deal with your case efficiently.
Where you have received free shipping and are returning all or part of your order which brings it under the free shipping threshold (£25 for UK orders or £50 for international orders), we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refunded amount.
We will refund you within 5 days of receiving the goods back.

Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will be returned to the depot after the second attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to us and we will issue a full refund MINUS the postal charges. We advise customers to select an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work).
